Hotmail Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

I received 116 Delivery Status Notification (Failure)from my hotmail account again.
Anyone have the best solution for this matter?
Microsoft hotmail got any solution or not, I don’t know.
No time to do the search for today, but will try to do research when I am free.
Anyone got the solution, please do let me know, many thanks!
